The Cheese and Crafts Museum contains many specimens concerning Gouda crafts. One or more crafts are frequently demonstrated and in many cases you will be invited to make your own candles. Cheesemaking demonstrations are given Thursday mornings between 10.00 and 13.00 hrs. The notice-board near the entrance announces the demonstrations of the day.
